Are ponds and Misery bay ice free?

Are ponds and Misery bay ice free?

With the recent cold weather, does anyone know if the Presque Isle ponds and Misery bay are open?  I'd like to hit the ponds in the morning and the tribs in the PM.

    PI is Wide open....there is a small amount of "pack ice" on the city side

    I don't always snag fish, but when I do...

    drove around pi on friday and theere is no ice in misery, horseshoe, or the waterworks
