    Go to this link:
    http://wmw.lrp.usace.army.mil/current/forecast.html

    Crooked Cr. *    5%      837.4                    917.4 *    848.11      1200

When the level gets to 846 to 844, that's the normal pool. If launching a boat, call ahead to make sure the launch is open.

If the water level gets above 850' they will usualy close the beach road for safety reasons, then we will walk down. So it is best to call then also. They usualy try to open the road by April 1rst,so it may be open this weekend if they get the road cleared by then.I heard that a couple of weeks ago the bath houses were under water again, that is some high water. btw Goodmans has minnows now. sam

guys thanks for the replys .i cant wait for the crappie to start hitting. hey sam i took a ride past the lake a couple weeks ago and i could not believe how high the water was. i bet that the water was 15 feet over the bath houses. that was the highest that i ever saw the lake.

I took a ride past the lake last night, water level is “normal”. I can’t see any reason the launch won’t open as scheduled on April 1st. There were a couple of Fish Commission trucks and a jon boat at the launch I have no idea what they were up to?
