you'll make the majority of your cash in tips... i didn't read into it, but I'm pretty **** sure you will need your cpr certification and pay your annual 100 dollars to be part of it.  Who knows, maybe they pay for it?

sounds cool... jk, are you looking into this?  How old are ya pal?

they probably pay $7-10 an hour... so you'll get $70-100 for a 10hr day... before taxes
    guides charge $300-400 +tip a day

you'll probably be guiding on their on-site stocked lakes and mostly teaching people to cast

Trust me, the LAST place you want to work is 7 Springs.

Nobody is paying for guides on the farm ponds there and the pay will suck.  You won't see anywhere near $10 an hour.  There's guys who have been there 25+ years aren't even seeing $8-$9 an hour.

They are the worst employers in the region, hands down.  Staff that is there can't get out fast enough.

funny, I know a chef that banks money there...

from what I got from reading this:  b1tch work for the sr. guides.  Netting, booking trips, carrying equipment and booze... sounds great for someone just graduating high school.
