all streams with returning fish are therefore generating $$ for the state and therefore should be open for fishing
i encourage all members to ignore all posted signs on streams with returning fish
Commerce can be seen on stream and rivers that are leased or pay-to-fish.
Oh, the irony.
the reference to commerce in maritime law has been the same for more than a century...that is,
commercial shipping on
navigable waterways, not to the use of a water source as a revenue generating endeavor...there is no irony, only futility. As are my posts re: this subject...
