Sugar Lake report

Fished about 3 hours on sunday, all we got was cold. 5-7" of solid black ice. Fished straight out from the public landing (dad cant walk that far anymore). not a single flag. I dont think we were in a very good spot, i'm gonna find a map and look for some drop offs for next trip.

    Has anyone fished this after ice in previous years? Any good?
