PSA has had these at a stand for the past several years...at the Big Run Banquets

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Mine's blaze orange - easy to spot if it drops out of your pack or waders. Much easier on your hands than wrapping stringer around them or using a stick!

    Videos for dragging salmon

I have seen salmon left behind on the trail back to the parking lot from the Trestle Pool in Pulaski. Guys got tired of carrying them and just dumped them.

No one ever heard of a stick? I'm going to shrink wrap and package sticks from the woods to sell as "Stringer Holders". If I put a bar code on it and put it in bait shops fishermen will buy it.

The majority of those "Salmon draggers" can just cut off a length of their "fishing line". It's heavier than most stringers. Actually, they could just "rope-um" at the end of their line, and hoist their broomsick, I mean fishing rod over their shoulder.

I've seen it and done it only once. Never kept any after that first time. Wasn't about to put a bunch of big fish into my trailblazer. My wife would never believe I just had fish in there.

I made the mistake and carried a big old male up the hill at Burts dam.
Should have drug him with a rope as he deposited enough sperm down my back to fertilize 10,000 eggs.

That's the amish model. Meant to be filled with tiny walleye from pymie and the tears of the non-amish that fish there.

That is great!! Reminds me of a trip to NY when a buddy I was with didn't have a stringer and braided grape vines from the bank. He got lots of funny looks while dragging his fish out.
