Playing around...

With the weather being the way it has been, I figured I would start tying some BWO's for the upcoming hatch. After tying big swinging flies, it was fun getting back into the small stuff lol!

Since I have a ton of foam laying around, I decided to mess around a little with that too...

norm, that's great. i was tying small BWO's this past weekend also in 18's, 20's. trying different patterns to try to fool those spring creek fish in central PA. they left me frustated last time i was down that way during a hatch.

    Thanks guys!

DT, that foam parachute fly has been a great pattern for me up there whenever the BWO's start appearing.

Yeah Norm - that 'chute fly looks like a winner. Very nice. Been on a roll here lately of tying big - one of these days I gotta spend some time behind some stronger reading glasses and do what you and DT are doing right now. Thanks for the inspiration and again - some real nice ties my friend.
