Current Bay info.

The boys and I took a ride out Presque Isle to see the carnage.
 
Basically open water to the Marina with a small strip of ice running East.  There are piles of ice 6-8 feet high in places.  The Marina seemed mostly covered, but you can see where it had thawed almost 10 feet out in places.  Most of Misery was open.  The lagoons are mostly open as well. 
 
It's gonna be a few more weeks now.

If it has fins and gills, I'm there.

    Just posted did survive the rain? in other forums ice section,
    worm_waster hit it pretty good, I check all around today too, want to get back out, did walk on the ice at the marina towards the head where the ice rescue cross is at the little dirt road before the marina tenants entrance. I walked out about 30-40 yards, do not know how deep is there, never fished the marina, pike? gills?steelies? crappi? I saw two huts over there two weeks ago on my way back from checking the h.pond and Mis. Saw a line of about 15 holes drilled from where i stopped to out toward the the middle that where frozen up and shanty tracks frozen. few questionable stress cracks though.

    Hello fellow fishermen and women, well took a ride today to check ice on bayfront side. Still open water threwout the bay. with the cold nights the last couple of days and the week ahead, things should start to tighten up, h.pond and mis should be fine this weekend. Inland lakes are tight. Looking to Mis this weekend or Marnia or Pyma.

    Was at the convention center this morning. Guys are venturing out there but are not going out very far. I will be waiting a few more days before going back out.

    Just left post under Misery and Horseshoe about the bay and MIs conditions, convention center you are right do not look too good just yet, I would wait til mon or tues
