Ontario fishing

Happy Holidays everybody.

My dad's been ill but recently got back on his feet and I'd like to take him and some of his buddies to Ontario for a weekend fishing trip.  We've been to Simcoe many many times but we're looking for something a little different this year. 

Can anyone recommend a good lake with a good hut operator (maybe even one with sleeper huts) that's within about a 5 hour drive?  Just looking to fish for some perch with the occasaional pike thrown in.
