Featherwing Streamer

No established pattern or anything, just kind of experimenting.

    Swing that second one over here in OH in the fall under high skies and clear water. You'll get a grab for sure. One of my go to fall patterns for sure. Mine is quite similar.


    My original was a hackle wing which accounted for fish on back to back swings here in my swing hole. Both solid 8/9 pound fish. That fly is now stuck on the frame of the pic of the second fish. The fly is trashed but she served me well.



    I later traded the hackle wing for a more durable arctic fox wing. The fish like it just the same but I dont get the same type of rush as I do hooking them on a feather wing. Here is the new and I guess improved swimming in some NY waters.
