New Bait Shop At Pymatuning
There is a relatively new Bait and Tackle at Pyme . Espyville Outdoors is located East of Poff's on Rt 285 and is open 6AM to 9PM 7 days a week , but after Thanksgiving the hours will be 6AM until 6PM . For those of you that don't know where that is , if you are at the Causeway , the bridge that crosses the lake from Ohio to Pennsylavania , keep going into PA . That's about 2 minutes from the PA side . They will be holding a monthly fishing contest for 4 species ; Walleye , Crappie , Perch and Bluegill . Ask Chris for details . Their phone number is 814-720-0379 . They have live bait ,tackle , camping supplies , soda , ice , chips , candy and have free coffee on Saturday and Sunday . Get a business card while you are there as it is good for 1 dozen free minnows for every month of the year , but please don't just go there for free minnows ! Stop in , talk to Chris and let's help support him as he is one heck of a nice guy , offers things and will be offering things that other bait shops in the area don't have . I particularly like that he is open at 6AM . We all know how difficult it is to get bait in the Pyme area in the winter , let alone getting it early at any time of the year .
