Allegeny river

Was at no 7 today water temp was around 48 We saw a plane land on the river right above the lock thats something u done see every day the dock r pulled out now witch really sucks

    Which docks were pulled? - the Kittanning City dock?

    all the docks were out the one at the launch and the ones up my the wall at the park
    I relly wish they leave them in till end of the month
