Susquehanna at Falmouth

Does anyone know if the walleye are starting to stack up?

I got a bunch of French military rifles for sale...NEVER fired and only dropped once.

Great. I thought they would be starting to pile up by now. I haven't been on the river for about a month and at that time they were not in force just yet. I'm going to head out next saturday so I'll post on how we did or didn't do.

I talked to the owner of the tackle shop that I frequent and he said that a buddy of his was out somewhere on the river this past sunday and didn't do that great but got into them hard yesterday (thurs.) morning.

I hit Falmouth today and the fishing was not great. My friend and I caught a total of 10 walleye between the two of us and the largest was 13". The dinkers are there but nothing to get excited about. I did see a guy catch a nice muskie. I'm going to give it another shot next weekend.

Well as luck would have it, The rain last week screwed up taking the boat out for eyes this past weekend. The river was just way too swift for me, even at 5.5'.  Anyway, I went last night after work and caught three dinks right at twilight off of the Falmouth boat launch.  On the way home I stopped at the south entrance to TMI for about 15 minutes to try and catch something.  Nothing.  I spoke to a guy that was there for a few hours and he said the he only caught one dink. I quess it's just not cold enough for the bruisers to start cruising the shallows at night.
