Twin Sage 4120-B Spinning Rods

(2) of the same rod, built as identical as can be accomplished with human hands. Everything that could be inletted was, inlcuding threaded barrel of the reelseat into the aft cork, the fighting butt into the other side of the aft cork and of course the REC reelseat hood...which incidently was a real pain in the butt because it really isn't made to be "inletted".

True craftsmanship and vision.  Once again, I hope guys see that this is what a custom rod is.  Not just a hand assembled rod like so many so called custom builders build and sell.

    WOW, DJ.  awesome.

Postal insurance topped $2200.00 for the pair and I believe that was conservative considering that the retail on just one of those Fuji TK Sic guides is over $60!

I admire this client very much because he knows what he wants, wants it delivered the way it is specified without deviation and is will to go to great lengths to make sure he's fishing the very best of everything. He went through 600 rings of "picky b@strd" cork to deliver the natural rings that I used on all of this rods (going on 5 builds now). The very best stuff was put on the previous sage I posted a couple months ago.

I wish I could afford something that nice for myself!
