1st Steely On The Pin

Just had to post this after I saw the pic that Deetzy took....
Was fishin with Bings, Deetzy and papinner this past weekend and I just had to ask the pinner if I could give it a try. Believe me it was not pretty but I 'm up for anything when it comes to fishin. Anyway... suddenly the float got sucked under, the fish ran and low and behold............... Now that's a dandy!!!  The comment from someone at the time was to open my hands up so the fish could be seen!

    Thats a great pic! Anytime that float goes under, is enough to make you smile! Your first on a pin is something to be proud of, no matter how big it is. So when are you gettin' one??

    It doesn't get any better then that. We had a blast and laughed for quite a while about that. It sure was nice to see you catch a fish even if you had to open your hands to see the fish. Lol. It was a great time with great friends.

    AAHAHHA - ShutUpNFish - Even though I caught one - I'd better stay with the flyrod - my wife would not like it if I got into something else right now.

    My first fish on a pin was a small Smallmouth. At least you caught the targeted species


    Regardless of how big or small it was... you're hooked, right?
