Pymatuning HELP ???

Heading to the lake on Friday!  It will be my last weekend fishing for this year.  I was just wondering if anyone has been fishing and if so, what are you catching and what type of baits are you using?  I normally fish the lake between Snodgrass and Orchard.  I have never fished this late in the year so any help woukld be greatly appreciated.

I braved the wind and fished down near the dam for as long as i could. No walleyes but got some nice crappies and gills jigging.

The fishing isn't bad right now but the wind is. Couldn't fish where i wanted and the secondary spots were pretty breezy too. Caught a half dozen crappies and a few perch but was off the lake at 11:30. Not fun fishing with whitecaps splashing you in less than 50* weather. Can only hope this wind dies down before the lake freezes this year. I need to mark a couple more spots within walking / dragging distance, for the ice season.

Fishing Saturday at Shenango was cold and windy. Seemed like no place to go to get out of the wind (which was weird because usually at Shenango you can get out of the wind somewhere). Saw Chauncy out braving the elements. Dude is a fishing machine.

Fished the jamestown area and did pretty good on the panfish. Lots of gills and crappies with a few perch too. But the kickers were two big smallies. One 17 and the other 19. The crappies and gills must really be feeding up for the winter as one gill had a jighead with line still attached in him and one crappie had a rock in his guts. Never had a rock show up in a crappie. Anyone else have that happen to them on a crappie.
