Woodcock Winter draw-down

Went there sunday morning with the oldest daughter.. we walked most of the southern shore-line..The docks are completely out of the water.. shore-lines varied from a couple of yards to a hundred yards..

    How's the outflow?  Tried last Sunday and only caught a 1 bullhead...

    didn't make it  lastnight,  went this A.M. with the recent rain the draw-down has remained about the same level as last visit.  Out-flow rate--- about a foot deep out the chute.  would think stockies ought to be close-by
