Upper Fly Zone Salmon Shrine

Saw this pic posted on a Pennsyltucky website..
Some of the SR fishermen are quite artistic....
 
(the comment about Salmon guides is a hoot - no offense intended....

    Prob a pack of pinners that tried their hand at fly fishing and had no success.---was funny though.

    Steel on a pin---so easy a caveman can do it.

    R U jealous because Dougie & Jason won't let you build your own shrine without an additional $250 for a DSR construction permit?

    I usually don't put the spin on the pin until after the snow flies - but when I'm up in another week I probably will for a day - esp if I take a ride to the Big O.
     
    Had fun with the fly rod this morning on a nice Pa freestone - tandem rig - PT & HE nymphs - no float or strike indicator required..
