I got in contact with: Northeast – Western NY, Western PA Ray Markiewicz, Regional Coordinator  northeast@projecthealingwaters.org Well after much calling and discussing everything its come down to gathering some help. There will be 5-8 vets +1 depending on how many guides I can get. We will need to supply rods flies and lodging. Lodging for 2 nights. No wheel chair bound vets but stress related. These vets are in need of taking their minds off the horror of a traumatic time. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Tents are not an option.
