fall trout stockings
there were supposed to be a couple stockings yesterday in washington county and i was wondering if anyone knows if they did for sure stock cause i went to one of the creeks last evening after work and couldnt find anything maybe i wasnt looking hard enough

all streams and lakes in washington county that are getting a fall stocking have been stocked...low, murky, almost stagnant...visited all today, caught fish but mostly was focused on teaching a buddy how to flick flies he did well and managed good numbers...we need more rain, a lot more rain. I wont be fishing locally anymore until water levels are up

toilet lake? or need drained and dredged immediately lake? I believe canonsburg is the only lake being stocked in the county...

i know they are stocking the yough in and around ohiopyle. i fished the river there a few weeks ago with a buddy of mine. we managed 20 trout between us on ----- colored flies. also got a sucker and a butt load of blue gill. it's a little drive from washington county but man it would be worth it.

Fished a Allegeheny county stream on Tuesday and did very well, lots of fish, but lots of anglers too. It was like 1st day all over again or a Saturday at the Nut. LOL !

Plenty of people catching at Canonsburg. Stopped by at lunch to see how many were fishing. Was not very overly crowded. Beautiful day.

JEB: Did you not mention a stream name because you're afraid the already crowded waters, that the pfbc states where and when they stock, will become more crowded?

The 2 main creeks in Allegheny county are loaded with fish. I've been fishing them all week and doing quite well on jigs and buggers. The one is hard to fish due to it always being muddy. I would give the names away but it isn't hard to figure out
