^ in ways I can see this, but I can't tell you how many times I was working upstream at a small stretch of water to rising fish and down plops 3 guys who start throwing powerbait directly to the rises... putting fish down. Not all bait slingers are like this of course and many fly fisherman are guilty as well.  It's nice to fish ffo's where, for the majority, anglers respect one another and space.  I'm sure it's annoying when I'm shooting 50 feet of line... if it weren't for ffo's (which really do soak up a vast majority of fly flingers), bait slingers would be crying, "Why don't they just designate areas where these idiots can cast all that line and take up so much space.  I bet I caught 50 more with less effort on live minnies and waxies wouldn't ya say Chet... blah blah blah."

they keep closing lakes rather than fixing dams theres not gonna be many places to fish anyway. just sayin'
