Do you want the truth or should I lie and make you feel good? Some fish, very few, but some made it wayyy up. but the water flow levels dropped and there hasn't been much movement since just after the last big rain. Remember there is a major waterfall on the Nut that they have to have lots of water to cross. The mile streams have dropped and in some there is next to no flow and no way for fish to even come in. So conditions are pretty poor unless you are below the launch on Elk or if you are on the wall at the nut. Please notice I said poor not impossible, but very poor. if you are looking for easy fishing save your gas money and buy a video.
Projected rain for the next weeks at Erie are dismal. But I'm sure somebody will post that the creeks are full and you should come right up. So you be the judge.

listen to them there are very few fish in the creeks and for every fish there is three or four people trying to catch that fish. i have been up several times as i live locally and the fish that are there are so spooky you move they run away.

Elk: Scattered fish above the access area.
Walnut: A few fish can be found above the waterfall but they too are extemely scattered at this point.
