Fall Muskie

When does "fall muskie" start? And should I be targeting shallow or deeper water this time of year?

Thanks

Find the weed beds and either cast to the tops of them with bucktails or fish the edges with jerkbaits and cranks. Trolling LARGE plugs can be effective in the fall as well.

Sounds like a trip to Woodcock or Justus is needed....
