if you want any sort of large numbers of fish to stand over go to the access or mouth's of streams but it'll be crowded, otherwise start walking and find a hole somewhere upstream from all the people that has some fish in it

cleos, krocodiles, flies, egg sacs, single eggs... etc., anything you put on should catch a fish eventually

to catch more steelhead, should you put the hook through the krocodiles eyes or the tail? does BAC sell them or can i just net a few at the elk access?
