lock 2 tonight

i will be hitting lock 2 tonight going to try for some eyez maybe i will get lucky anybody else coming

    hmmm sounds inviting...are the EYES hitting there? above or below the lock and where would be the best place to put in?

    Don't get to close below the dam. It is only a foot deep in some places.

    The water is still waaayyyy too warm for me. I will give it another month and a half at least before I get out again or at least until I see some water temps in the 50's.

    if you want to fish below there is a launch i think on 13th street in sharpsburg i am not taking my boat i am just going to shore fish. i know the water is warm i am just getting bored waiting.

    and i am back was there for about 5hrs and not a **** bite. shad are everywhere. hitting erie this weekend hopefully

    Water temp was 84*f beginning of last week
    Cooled down to 78-79 in Pgh pool over the weekend
    Saw one area around Sandcastle that was around 70
    Not sure why there was a cold spot there.
    Temps were from my Humminbird with transom mounted temp/speed
