My big musky story

so me and my dad were testing our new engine on our lil 16 foot boat. and every thing went well that boat was perfect we had our rods on the boat and my dad wanted to fish but i was iffy on the spot he picked. he put on bass tackle and i put on a spoon the five of diamonds with 2 silver tails at the end. i took maybe 10 casts then whame my line screams i thought it was a big cat took about two runs i pulled him close enough 2 see him then i just start shaking. i tell my dad to get the net he missed him the first try then i was really afraid of losing him. but since my dad is an experienced net man cause i do all the fishing wink wink. thats the greatest moment ever wen all ur dad teaches u pays off.

O may i add last musky i will keep!!!!!

    IF THE FISH WAS TAGGED DO I NEED TO SEND IN THE TAG WITH TISSUE SAMPLE I KNOE U GOTTA SEND THE MEASUREMENTS AND STUFF

    check your local regs as far as the tag goes,probably a fish that is well known.Anyway great fish even greater that you could share it with your Dad.

    I bet your dad was just as happy or more. I fish with my dad 99% of the time I go. I pass up alot of trips with my friends to fish with him. We have alot of good trips. I just hope my boy will want to fish with me when he is older.

    going to soon my dad put it in the boat and his smart mind took it and went to vermont to fish for pike so gotta wait but i will as soon as possible
