Help for the "One Fly"

Gentlemen, and Ladies,  This is a brief question/request  I am wondering how many people would be willing to help with the admin tasks on the morning of the "One Fly" and with getting the area set up Friday afternoon (about 2pm).  Also should I bring my big tent this year?  The wind/rain blew it down last year but this year we will have about 20 more folks.  Also we will need clean-up help Sat evening before the Poker Game;  fold tent, haul trash, ect.
SO I will need help with the registration: getting name cards done, getting folks checked off the list, collecting "first out" flies and handing out drawing tickets/commerative flies, giving out scorecards, ect.  I figure I'll need about 5 folks (plus me and skeeter), and I already have one or two volunteers but I need a committment.  Had great help last year.  Dano will be handling the scoring but he may need some help (with a calculator, last year his fingers were sooo bruised).  Skip and Debi might need some help w/set-up.  And I'll probably have an anxiety attack when anything goes wrong.  DT will be handling games, and might need help (skeeter?).  Also does anybody, who is local, have any tables/chairs we can use so folks can sit and eat?   I'll try to biing up one if I need to bring the tent and trailer.  Sooo.  Help! ! !
                             Thanks!

I'm more than happy to help wherever I can.

I'm signed up for the poker game, but not the one fly...
so I had planned on just coming up & BSing / spin fishing when I get the chance & helping however possible.

Just let me know what's needed.

If every thing works out, Joker and I were planning on being at Follys mid afternoon Friday to set up our campsite, and would be available to help with set up. I also will have Joker or myself stop in at 5 & 18 beer and see if he is willing to donate ice again this year. I am also commited in sign up the morning of, and helping Skip and Deb with food and table set up that afternoon. Anything else you need just let me know. Since I won't be particpating this year I am available for most tasks.

Just got back from North Carolina. I saw a bumper sticker that said, "I hear banjos. PADDLE FASTER!"

How big a tent are we talking?

The tent is an Army GP medium, with no sides.   It can be put up in 1/2 hour by four people working together, or in 2 hours by 7 people who won't listen.  LOL

Bulldog you can't imagine . . .   After 23 years in the Army I can almost put one up by myself.  And I can take one down by myself! (takes about an hour)  The worse part is getting a Lt who wants to supervise and add his 6 months of expertise to the task.    More than once I've seen officers who had about 20 soldiers trying to rotate a tent that was already up by picking up the poles.   Simple; lay out the tent, poles, and tie downs, start at one end and work toward the other.

HC,  You can help to make sure the fire is always going, and that I've got a cold beer at the ready at all times.

HC if you really need a place to stay there is the big tent, but it doesn't have any sides and can get a bit chillfull.  You'll need a cot and a good bag!
