    Seems like BS to me. They've fished with Shimano for 40 years and the only thing shimano has done is gotten better and better IMO. What it all comes down to is Shimano probably didn't want to extend their sponsorship to them anymore. Just my 2 cents..

    all about the $$$. wonder how many Lund boats the linders have sold? just sayin'

    They have taught a lot of us, lots about fishing but, sometimes it does seem they endorse tackle for money. I've bought some of it too.

    thats why theyre there. rapala, lund, and shimano alone, had to have made/be making milions and millions of $$$ just because of them. i own nothing but shimano spinning reels(always have and not because of them), the rapalas i use are not because of them, and i would never spend the $$$ for a lund(jmo, but a wayyyy overpriced piece of aluminum), but im sure im the exception. they will sell millions of $$$ worth of quantum equipment. the linders can sell ice to eskimos. just sayin'
