Bass Anyone

I was going to toss some poppers tonight for some largemouth in the bay. Anyone want to meet up and get the line wet with me. I was going to be there around 4-4:30 If interested let me know thanks *larry*

    Did you make it out? How did you do? Im off the next couple days and may think about hitting the bays myself

    I did make it out yesterday. I ended up going with the wifes little brother brian who is 14. He wanted to use a spinning rod so we had at friendley comp between the both of us. Fly rod verse spin rod lol. We started fishing around 4:30 I was tossing my popper over some weed beds (strip-strip-strip) and then SLPASH!!! What an aggressive take, It really wanted that popper. While I was bringing it in, I looked over at brian and he had a look on his face that I cant explane. He started tossing his line over the same weed bed over and over and over again with no luck. Then all of a sudden he started yelling (I GOT ONE!! I GOT ONE!!) He was cranking his little arms off till he got it in. It was the best time fishing I had in a long time. Just to see him get that excited with his fish, I did not care if I got anything for the rest of the night. Here is brian with his fish.




    We fished till around 7 Had some nice hookups and nice top water action. I cant wait to get back out with him again...What a good time fishing

    I really wanted to get out with ya yesterday, wife is keepin the leash short this week.
