Tornado in Tidioute

I heard a rumor that a tornado went through Tidioute a few days ago and did some damage. Just wandering if this is true or not and whether I need to run up and check my camp out or not.

    if you mean sunday night,

    while we (warren) had some thunderstorms, it looked like most of the stronger ones went north of us. 

    you can always check out the national weather service whom issues warnings & investigates tornados/hail & damaging wind.  Their web address is http://www.spc.noaa.gov.  There is no mention of tornados in tidoute although apparently there was a F1 tornado that briefly touched down in presque isle.

    Hey Andy, I was in Tidioute on Sunday evening and a good storm came thru. Heavy rain and some wind but nothing I havent seen before. The power went out for about 1/2 hour and came back but lights were very dim. Returned home through Titisville/Franklin and didn't notice any damage.

    Bradford had heavy rain, wind and lightning Sun night

    A few years ago in Sept a micro burst ( thats what there calling it ) came thru and did a lot of damage along the river up from Tidioute.I had a friend loose his place because of the storm.
