Sayers Dam/Bald Eagle State Park

Anyone know of any good spots for channel cats and/or carp that can be fished from shore?

A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of school

    Below the dam for carps.  There are some backeddies where they chill out.   Not sure about cats.

    My reports and advice are for everyone to enjoy, not just the paying customers.

    Do you know where the spill way is? Which side of the lake is it on? I'm not familiar with Sayers

    North end.  You want to access the east side for the eddys.
