Transporting deer from out of state

Which states is it that you cannot bring deer parts into PA because of Chronic Wasting disease?   I know some of the Mid Western states but don't know about West Virginia or Maryland.  Can you bring a deer in from WV?

    Maryland is ok as is all of WV except Hampshire County. Have any deer taken there cut and wrapped before transporting and remove all brain and other soft material from the skull.

    Thanks.  Would that apply to bear as well.  Not sure.  I know a guy that shot a bear and a deer down there in the last few days.
