Hey RJ /Ed .. Karen.. :) and all ! I can only report a few good outings before this last heat wave with little rain made my most recent trip pretty tough fishing.. the hatches been off (bugless windshield for the most part along the bk/ e.del even the main where i played a few shad under the lordsville bridge. about every time I tried trout flyfishing it was dead. the bk looked awefully low and warm on my way back last night too. The resi fishing is probably boats from here on as the shoreline temps are warming up very fast. still caught a few crappie but with the sunny hot days, these fish were much harder to find along the shore.. think next time it is the boat for me.

yeah, I been quiet about posting and haven't been snapping alot of camera of late. I caught lots of nice browns in the reses up my way..that one was spooned off shore using a croc ..i gave it away ..5 3/4 on the digit scale..i'm hoping to take the pepac boat out and live line me up a possible trophy soon. I will bring the camera and hopefully have a showoff pic for June for the merry merry month of May has quickly come and gone man I wish it were still May.... but june is gfreat from the boat where I be fishing.

    79, no gots any pm's..
I'll be working the Placid , Saranac area fror the next 10 days without any computer access so next check in will be awhile..

as for that areas fishing conditions :
things got real low & slow early last week but thankfully some good soaking rains came & much improved the waters.. Once again near perfect conditions.. Drakes will be coming off most every evening ..
Fully expect to se some more fat hogs come to the screen when I return..
Each year we are pleased to catch around 3>5 real solid 3 lb + trout. Amazing really for those conditions.

    Peace & Tuna

Ed thanks, it is fun place to share the same interests. I am heading up tomorrow night or sunday and fishing a couple days, Sunday is going to be cooler which is okay by me! I rather have overcast and cooler weather for early june.. not like this hot july we been having last several days. hope you are enjoying good fishing too!

Nice hog to start the season!  Hope all is well with you and I will be out there as soon as my baseball season gets done with all the tournaments.
Really impressed with the 30 & Over Men's Group I did on Sunday @ Schuylerville.  Bunch of nice guys, hustled on and off the field, pitchers right around the plate with great catchers and very respectful of the umpires.
Nothing like the immature 22 yr. olds in the Wooden Bat League who all feel they should have been drafted by a major league team, except for a lousy scout or coach that didn't realize how good these guys were when they went to a tryout!
