Pflueger president

i am thanking on a new purchase of a 7/8wt pflueger
president fly reel.any info on this reel would be much appreicated.

    I have two 9/10 Summits and a 7/8 not a bad reel. The Pres is a little higher end. I use them in salt,steelheading and on my charters and have had no trouble with them.

    got one for my son a couple of years ago and he loves it.  it is one smooth reel for the price. i have used and so has Mossy Oak, and he likes the reel as well.
     
    in fact, i am buying a President for the lovely new 3 wt that Skip built for me as a surprise from Mossy Oak!

    thanks for the help folks well i got the reel brandy new off ebay
    for 80.00 and that included shipping so i have a new steelhead reel.
    i guess i will be looking for a new rod hmmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe a switch rod:)

    I have one of the President reels and have no complaints about it.  Just got two switch rod kits (neither are built yet).  Let me know if you are interested in one.

    well folks got the president fly reel and i love it smooth asheck and a very nice drag
    can't wait to try it out this fall.maybe i will have better luck getting up there.

    hey goat, that mo is a nice guy, buying you a new reel for that new rod.  i think it will make you as happy getting it as it well mo giving it to you.
