Hypothetical ?

I am planning a fishing day for the family with a charter boat and there are a few out of state people in the group who need a 1 day non resident license. What if the captain cancells the trip due to weather on morning of trip, are my out of towners SOL for their licenses? and also how far in advance can they purchase these licenses, they cant get them on the day of trip as no one is open that early to sell them one

Check the price difference between the one day and a full license. If there's any chance that they might fish another day, but the full license.

If you don't want to print them out from home, (I know it's a drive from the dock), but if you pass Elk Creek Sports Store on Rt 5 in Lake City, Pa, they are open at 5am. And I also would call the captin of the boat. I went on a Perch Charter last year, weather was horrible, waves where bad, and we still went out and fished all day, until the time limit was up.

Upper Peach Street would be the closet on to the dock, that is the one right off of 1-90 and they are open 24 hrs, then I think one in harborcreek is open 24 hours too, and maybe edinboro, the one on 23rd street is only open from 7 am - 12 am

24 for perch, between 3 people, jokerball catching the majority of them, and none where of good size, not a good day of fishing in my eyes.

you know your neighborhood sucks when even walmart won't stay open past midnight

The best part about fishing with me is you never have that annoying fish smell on your hands afterwards.
