Any Info on the Victory Head Boat

Does anyone have any info if the Victory Perch boat is going to run this year? We were told it's in Mentor Ohio getting work done but that is all we know. It sure makes it allot better around here to have 2 party boats. Last year it was tuff fishing with too many people wanting to fish off just one boat. Thanks in advance!
