Here is the old girl my Dad and I used to have.  1972 24' Skiff Craft Hardtop.  Dad couldn't keep up with the maintenance when I was in college and then started working so she sat and got old.  Plenty of eyes, steelies, smallies and salmon came over her transom from '91 to '98.
Some guy bought her for $1000 and was going to fix her back up.  Not sure if he did or not.

Still trying to talk the wife into getting another Erie boat but, it has been a tough sell.  One of these days.

some great rigs there!!   E&G... love the older boats, if you like ones from that era or earlier you need to check out the web site    www.boneyardboats.com  they have some great old boats, just make sure you have a high speed connection and lots of time to look!

How about some of the smaller rigs for the bay and near shore guys???  The big rigs are great but I know I've spent many a happy day in my smaller boats!! I like seeing how others set their's up, always looking for ideas.  (especially when I have a 16.5 currently stripped out in my yard for a total overhaul!!)

I have a sMaL bay boat that has recently been "overhauled". I gutted it and started over. Got my blood sweat and tears into her....she's all mine.

Since I'm really not after eaters....It gets me where I wanna go....love it.

My son calls it the station wagon. The sides come off, the top comes down. All weather boat. Great for slow trolling and drifting (in comfort)

Nah, it went pretty well based on your advice. (And mine-holding off on the brewski until finished)

A little crooked on the first set of numbers, and some small bubbles, but I'm sure they'll work out..

The crew is very happy. Thanks Glenn!
