Clarion River

Has anyone been over to the Clarion River lately? They keep lowering it down to where you can't launch your boat. What do you guys think will happen to the spawn if they allow it to go up and down all spring? We can't even get into Kahle Lake...This is my favorite time of year and i love to fish after work, very frustrating. I stopped hunting a lot because of all the posters, now i can't fish.

    we noticed that going over the 322 bridge.I haven't been to Kahle yet and want to get there soon.

    I'm gonna fish more and work less.

    The river is way down still and I imagine Kahle is too.

    Fished the river today. Put the boat in down at the Toby launch not many fish today but just wanted to get the boat wet.

    I feel your pain man!!!!!   i was almost salivating to get to khale today to rip some rattle traps out of the grass for some big bass, and we showed up and i cant get my boat wet.  Only in the great state of pennsylvania do they think fishing doesnt start untill may!    so me and my dad went to the clarion for the first time, launched  at the toby launch as well and went up stream past millcreek, 1 decent smallmouth was all we could muster.  Never fished the river before so im not sure what its usually like but the fishing wasnt great and it is a navigational nightmare!!! sandbars logs trees everywhere, they need to get some cones on those
