Raystown Fishing

Went to the Spillway below Raystown Dam in Huntingdon, Pa last Sunday and they were lowering the water in Raystown Dam so it looked like Niagara Falls came to Central PA.  Was planning on catching a few Stripers but only caught a few Walleys.  The water was fast and high but was  clear.

    Sounds like your a local to the area,  was wondering if you had any tips for early spring big mouth and small mouth bass fishing in the lake.  Was comming out to visit friends this weekend and wanted to atleast try to fish from shore,  if not able to bring my boat,  up to wife,  A little help would be appreciated.  Thank You....
