stocking native via plane

Very interesting article, surprised me with an 85 percent survival rate.

The moment of truth. Where all other things unconsciously melt away from our minds the instant a fish takes our fly. We stand there on the water with wide eyes, caught in a battle stance with an idea of confidence and hope

Sorry, but I just have to point out that IF they are STOCKING , , , then the fish are NOT native.  Aerial stocking of local species, but not natives.  Unless the fish bought tickets.  Was that plane Sw Air?

i agree indy that they aren't natives per-say...   but it's a native strain.  yadda yadda...  still a sweet article.
Ontario does it too with brookies and lakers.
