French Creek

Me and my girlfriend headed up to French Creek on Labor day. Beautiful day for fishing. Didn't get up there till 11am or so. Fished Franklin area off 322. I caught 7 smallmouth. 1 really nice one 17 or so, most of them on orange/sparkle body 1/8 ounce jigs. My girlfriend caught 5 smaller ones. I had one really nice eye on about 23-25 inch range till he spit out my chartruese jig. All in all it was a really nice day. Hope everyone else got out to enjoy it.
