ive inhereted 3 fly rods and a fly reel

YYAAAAAAYYYY i got a sage,orvis, and a blank! and they are all amazing:) i also got two 5 foot high boxes of ty flying stuff and tons of books ive been fly fishin for 2 years now. I fish in Idaho on the payette and coho run up it but i can see them but can NEVER get them to bite any patterns ive tried everything anyone got any idea how to get them on the bite?

    Yeah, put the right fly at the right time in front of their faces with a perfectly executed presentation.

    swing them something big, red and flashy...........pluck a book from your massive stacks........one has to be on salmon..........good luck

    Yeah.......He passed away to cancer. He was an amazing guy who was just into fishing and nothing else. But a few days ago my cousin just commited suicide. Tough year for my fam.
