My guess is they pulled up to a ready area got out and didnt put the truck in park walked away and then turned around and started chasing the rig. Would have been an even better video than photo. Ehh maybe that was it, funny either way.

Notice the name of the boat??? "Temporary Insanity" A number of years ago I watched two guys loading a boat at walnut. One was in the boat, power loading, the other was manning the truck and trailer. The parking brake on the truck wouldn't work. Instead of having the guy in the boat get out, the guy in the truck would stop the truck and run back to try to latch the boat. The truck would drift back until the guy jumped back in. By the time they finaly got the boat hooked the truck had all four wheels in the water. I think everyone was having so much fun watching no one thought to offer a hand.

Take a few moments to make sure your not forgetting to do something. A failure at the launch will make things worse for everyone , not just you.

Those of us who have been boat owners for a long time, have done something stupid at one time or another. I know I have. Especially if you are in a hurry, because you don't want to hold other people up. Like at Walnut. The one thing that drives me completely nuts, is the moron who loads or unloads his boat at the ramp!
My Wife said, if I go fish'n one more time, she'll leave me! God, I'm going to miss her!

I had the parking brake problem on my old stick shift.. Truck was backed in and I was pulling the boat up on as the truck strarted to back down the ramp. I jumped in and like a moron left the door open which caught on the dock and bent my door up about 3 inches. Of course the truck didn't want to start as the exhaust was full of water..What a mess.... Had to have some big fella at the dock hang on the door with me and bend it back down so it would close... Thank God it was on the way home and I didn't miss any fishing..
