Amazing Glo Bug Dispenser! anyone try this?

is it really that amazing or is it a waste of cash

    A somewhat more subjective question: does an "amazing dispenser", whether straw, pen cap, or overpriced device, really make a significant difference in tying?

    Its really a personal choice. I think if your getting started in tying glo-bugs it might save you in some material and aid you in tying them, but for me I tie so many they should take 50 seconds or less each to tie and the despensor isn't needed

    It's a waste of time. Glo bugs are the easiest fly to tie, but people make them too complicated.

    The wrong thread and too many wraps of thread will ruin any glo bug. Purchase some Roman Moser powersilk thread and have at it...

    I was given some Roman Moser powersilk to try out.  That is awesome thread.

    You are right, there aren't many shops that carry it. E.Hille's in South Williamsport, Pa is the U.S. distributor for it.

    It's quite pricey, but makes fly tying ALOT easier for glo bugs and deer hair.
