anyone heard from dan?  any word on his surgery?

    Same here. Miss them both. Last time I heard from dan he was planning to help out at the "One Fly" and the surgery was pending. I'll say a prayer.

    Yep fishing and physical therapy among other things. Thanks for the concerns.
    It's been 4 months since surgery and all I want to do now is go back to work. never thought I'd miss it.
    I don't think I could ever retire.
     
    Skip., thanks for the book. finally got around to reading it and couldn't put it down.  It's and interesting lesson on the local history. Really enjoyed it.
