Clarion River White Water 7/13

Brookfield Renewable Power - Piney Station is scheduled to do a release below the Piney Dam for canoeists on Saturday – July 11, 2009 – beginning at 11:00 AM and continuing until at least 3:00 PM.

    Maybe you can help me out. I grew up near Clarion and i still have a cabin in the area. What I would like to know is if a person is allowed to fish below the outflow relatively close to where the water comes out. I have not been there since I was a kid and at that time the fishing was not that good. I love to fish the river but that spot looks good. Thanks
