Conneaut Pics
Have been up at Conneaut for the past week heres a few pics. Bowfin have been bitting like crazy caught a bunch of them more on the smaller side  My girlfriend caught this snapping turtle with a worm on the bottom. Pain getting him back in the water    Heres one of the bass I caught one of the bigger ones ive seen. Ive been seeing alot more bass around then years before nothing big but in a year or so theyll be a nice size.  A smaller bass caught by my girlfriend  Caught my first big pike it was 35 niches and boy it put up a fight    I find this pretty funny now you might think this is the same pike but its not. My girlfriend caught her first pike same size as mine and only five mins apart. I let mine go and as i was trying a new spinner bait on she got one just hers put up more of a fight. She was afraid to hold it but I talked her into it.   Also I caught I think maybe a warmouth? It was brown with white lines so it wasnt a smallmouth or a rock bass. It took a lure twice its size which I was surprised. It was a fun week I plan on heading back up on wednesday for another week hope to catch even more fish!!!

awesome man, thanks for the pics, and NICE pike from the both of ya. i have yet to catch a pike of decent size. good luck for wednesday tho

sweet pics. that's one of my fav pike spots on that lake. i'll be up sat-sunday if you're around.

here's a 24" from two 4th of July's ago. hopefully same one you got, shows that they're growin. hit a Rebel popper in the huge weed bed south of the park. if i'm not too hungover july 5th i'm gonna fish the north end for a while in the morning.

Thanks for the comments. My girlfriend and I are heading back tomorrow we plan on doing some more fishing hopefully out on the boat.
