Couple more Stripers

Got to join Ace Charters today on what's becoming an anual shake down run. I got to know Capt Jim Samia a few back and each year before his actual client trip starts we hit the river up in seach of fish. He just towed over his brand new 28' Baja fishing boat , this this is big , has lots of room and is a sweet boat.

We had no problem plucking in some bait up the Albany way. We headed a little south and got into a few fish. Today they were all while anchored up. We boated 5 total, the 2 biggest were part of a double me and Reelforce took ...

This one was 37" 20lbs

Saw some other boats catching fish and some tied off.

It was a fun day

Nope, haven't been back out yet Brian. I'm planning on buying striper set-ups next year. I'm off Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Give me a call if you need company. There's always an open seat on my boat.

    Cool video!!!

the big striper weekend for us pretty much turned into sam adams, magic hat ,long trail and washing laundry, fishing became a faint after thought.
Did see Brian & his crew out there and they were on the fish. With some of his much need help we were able to at least jig up some bait. I think we may have had 1 run which produced a lost bait. Other then that ?? Unless someone puts a hog pic up from this weekend (heard S.O.F. got some fish)
Looks like Brian will be spending his Vacation drinking some much deserved
    Heinekens :)

here is our only fish (I think it's a fish)
