flyfishing only sections in Erie

I know this will upset the bait slingers, we need a flyfishing only project in Erie. I am truly disgusted watching these so called spin fisherman crowd up and make OUR streams ugly.
 
It's a common practice on other streams.

    I think it's so obvious of your purpose that it won't upset anyone.     I don't think you'll ever see a FFO section in PA steelhead country.  There are plenty of other states to fish besides PA.

    Are you sure you are a master?  I think that fly hit the water with a plop...
