Any Advice

This coming week we are planning to fish Erie out of Walnut.  Any suggestions.  The last time we went ( 5th of July) we worked  hard for 8 walleye but got lots and lots of sheephead. We fish with a 18 1/2 ft Crestliner so the weather has to be good to go deep. Thanks.
